My name is Tom Lingle. I live in San Diego, California and use Little Italy, a local neighborhood as my starting point for creating my own homemade pizza. Little Italy is home to a weekly farmers market, where the streets are blocked
off and fresh produce and food fare can be purchased. The area is home to amazing restaurants and local Italian delis and grocers. Here I can buy freshly made pizza dough, fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano and Mozzarella, 5 lb cans of San Marzano
tomatoes, “00” high gluten flour, Italian meats, and much, much more. I have access to great local, seasonal produce, amazing fresh seafood, and many specialty retailers. I look forward to continually upgrading and updating the site and
blog, so I can share more, get feedback, and talk pizza.
Feel free to contact me using our contact form. Look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks, Tom
