Asiago, Provolone, Ricotta and Mozzarella White Pizza with Baby Spinach

 

 

Fresh pizza dough topped with mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese and Asiago cheese, sautéed garlic and spinach leaves, olive oil, ricotta cheese. Pizza is baked until dough is firm and crisp and cheeses have melted. Toasted pine nuts are sprinkled over melted cheese.

Ingredients -
2 tablespoons Toasted Pine Nuts
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves, coarsely chopped
1 (6 ounces) package Baby Spinach
3/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup shredded Asiago Cheese
1/2 cup shredded Provolone Cheese
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 pound Fresh Pizza Dough, room temp
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 500 F.

2. Spray a large pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray or coat lightly with olive oil.

3. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to non-stick skillet and heat over medium heat.

4. Add chopped garlic to hot oil and saute 30 seconds.

5. Add spinach to skillet and cook until it begins to wilt. Remove from heat immediately.

6. Sprinkle flour on flat surface and roll out dough to fit pizza pan.

7. Place dough in pizza pan.

8. Add mozzarella, provolone and Asiago cheeses to medium bowl. Toss to combine.

9. Sprinkle half the cheese over the dough. Spoon spinach and garlic pieces over the cheese.

10. Spoon any remaining oil and garlic over spinach.

11. Sprinkle remaining cheese over spinach.

12. Dollop tablespoons of the ricotta cheese over top.

13. Drizzle remaining tablespoon of olive oil over pizza.

14. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven or until crust has browned and cheeses have melted.

15. Remove from oven and sprinkle pine nuts over the pizza.

16. Serve warm.
