BLT Pizza with Colby Jack Cheese

 

 

Ready-made pizza crust baked until crisp and warmed through, Crust topped with mixture of cream cheese, Italian seasoning and fresh ground black pepper. Cheese mixture topped with shredded leaf lettuce, chopped fresh tomato, cooked and crumbled bacon, finely shredded Colby Jack cheese, and sliced olives.

Ingredients -

1 (10 ounces) thin Pre-Baked Pizza Shell
4 ounces (1/2 package) Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Pepper
2 cups Leaf Lettuce, shredded
1 cup (4 ounces) Colby-Jack Cheese, finely shredded
3/4 cup Chopped Fresh Tomato
7 Bacon Slices, cooked until crisp, chopped
Green or Black Olives, sliced (optional)

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 400 degrees and preheat.

2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

3. Place the pizza shell onto the prepared sheet.

4. Bake for 5 minutes or until slightly crisp.

5. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and pepper and blend well.

6. Spread the mixture onto the shell evenly.

7. Sprinkle with lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese and olives.

8. Cut into wedges and serve.
