Basic Garlic Thin Crust Pizza Dough

 

 

Pizza dough prepared in bread machine with active dry yeast, bread flour, salt, fresh garlic, and lukewarm water.  About an hour and 15 minutes preparation and cooking time.

Ingredients -

1 teaspoon Active Dry Yeast
2 cups Bread Flour
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 Fresh Garlic Cloves, minced or pressed
2/3 cup Lukewarm Water, plus 1 Tablespoon

 
Preparation:

1. Add the ingredients to the bread machine in the order that is specified by the manufacturer.

2. If your machine is set for a double kneading cycle, remove after one hour of rising and remove from the machine.

3. Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thick.

4. Turn the edges of the pizza up so that the toppings don’t run off of the dough.
