Biscuit Chili Pizza with Ground Beef and Onion

 

 

Biscuit dough pressed into pizza pan and topped with chili, cooked ground beef, onion, thinly sliced tomatoes, chili powder, and mozzarella cheese. Pizza is baked in hot oven to melt cheese and set crust.

Ingredients -

1 can Crescent Rolls
1 (15 ounces) can Chili Beans
1 pound Cooked Ground Beef
1/2 White Onion, chopped
2 Medium Tomatoes, sliced thin
Hot Sauce
1/4 teaspoon Chili Powder, or to taste
1 (8 ounces) package Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.

2. Unroll the dough and press out onto a 12 pizza pan.

3. Press the seams together.

4. Spread the chili out evenly onto the crust and top with the ground beef and onion.

5. Arrange the tomatoes on top and sprinkle with hot sauce.

6. Sprinkle the chili powder on top followed by the mozzarella cheese.

7. Bake for 25 minutes.

8. Remove, let sit for 5 minutes, then cut into wedges and serve.
