Bread Machine Pizza Dough

 

Bread machine pizza dough prepared from water, whole milk, butter, all-purpose flour, sugar, and active dry yeast. Prepared dough covered with favorite toppings and baked 30-40 minutes in hot oven.

Ingredients -
1/2 cup Water
2/3 cup Milk
1 tablespoon Butter
3 cups Flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 teaspoons Dry Yeast
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. degrees.

2. Put the water, milk, butter, flour sugar and yeast into your bread maker in the order listed.

3. Set to the bread maker to DOUGH and push start.

4. When the buzzer beeps, take out the dough and place on a cutting board.

5. Evenly push the dough to remove the excess air.

6. In a bowl, place the dough and cover with a cold damp cloth.

7. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.

8. Roll the dough out into a flat circle to the desired size.

9. Place the pizza on a baking pan and prick all over with a fork.

10. Add the toppings you want.

11. Bake in preheated 350 F oven for 30-40 minutes.

For best results, place pizza in the middle of the center rack, in a preheated oven.

Cutting Pizza

Remove hot pizza from the oven and allow it to rest for a moment or two before cutting. Place pizza on a flat surface and use a pizza cutter to cut individual slices.
