Bread Machine Pizza Dough with Beer

 

 

Pizza dough prepared in bread maker. Dough features beer, butter, sugar, salt, all-purpose flour and dry active yeast.

Ingredients -

1 cup Flat Beer
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2-1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
2-1/4 teaspoons Dry Active Yeast

 
Preparation:

1. Add all of the ingredients in the order that the manufacturer recommends.

2. Select dough and press start.

3. Take the dough out and press it to cover a pizza pan.

4. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.

5. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to stand for 15 minutes.

6. Turn the oven to 400 degrees.

7. Spread your preferred sauce and toppings on the pizza and bake until golden brown which takes about 25 to 30 minutes.
