Breakfast Pizza with Egg, Cheese, and Jalapeno Chile

 

 

 

Ingredients -

6 Large Eggs
6 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
6 ounces Jalapeño Slices
Pepperoni, sliced

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.

2. In a bowl, combine the eggs, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and jalapeno slices and mix well.

3. Transfer the mixture to a large casserole dish.

4. Layer the pepperoni slices on top.

5. Bake until the cheese melts and turns golden, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes.

6. Let sit for 5 minutes then slice and serve.
