Breakfast Pizza with Sausage, Potatoes, and Cheddar Cheese

 

Ready-made pizza crust topped with cooked sausage, hash brown potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and a mixture of eggs, milk, sea salt and fresh ground pepper. Pizza is baked in hot oven until eggs have set and cheese has melted.

Ingredients -
1 Pre-made Pizza Crust
1 pound Sausage, browned, drained, set aside
1 cup Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 Large Eggs
3 tablespoons Whole Milk
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. Lightly grease a pizza pan with non stick cooking spray.

3. Put the pizza crust on the pan.

4. Sprinkle the sausage evenly over the crust.

5. Sprinkle with the hash browns and cheese.

6. Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.

7. Pour the mixture over the top.

8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 30 minutes.

9. Serve hot.

Rolling Dough

Roll or press dough out from the center outwards slowly. Spin the dough and repeat the process over and over to get the ball rolled or pressed into the appropriate size pizza.

Make pizza dough slightly larger than pizza pans, as it will shrink slightly.
