Buffalo Chicken Pita Bread Pizzas

 

 

Blue cheese salad dressing spread on pita bread. Blue cheese topped with spicy cooked chicken breast stripes, and thinly sliced celery. Pita pizzas are baked until pitas are crisp. Hot pizzas topped with crumbled blue cheese and drizzle of hot pepper sauce.

Ingredients -

4 Pita Bread Rounds
1/4 cup Bottled Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
1 (9 ounces) package Refrigerated Southwest-Flavor Cooked Chicken Breast Strips
3/4 cup Thinly Sliced Celery
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Bottled Hot Pepper Sauce

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 450 degrees and preheat.

2. Arrange the pita rounds onto a cookie sheet.

3. Spread the blue cheese on top of each pita.

4. Sprinkle the chicken strips and celery on top of the dressing.

5. Bake until the pitas are crisp, which takes about 10 minutes.

6. Transfer the pita pizzas to individual serving plates and top with blue cheese.

7. Serve with hot pepper sauce.
