Buffalo Chicken Pizza

 

 

Twist on classic dish. Boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves are cooked and cubed. Chicken pieces tossed with butter, and hot sauce. Blue cheese salad dressing spread over ready-made crust. Chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese arranged over blue cheese dressing. Pizza is baked until cheese has melted and crust is golden brown.

Ingredients -

3 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, cooked and cubed
2 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 (2 ounces) bottle Hot Sauce
1 (8 ounces) bottle Blue Cheese Salad Dressing
1 (16-inch) prepared Pizza Crust
1 (8 ounces) package Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 425 degrees and preheat.

2. Combine the chicken, butter and hot sauce in a medium bowl and mix well.

3. Spread the blue cheese dressing on top of the crust.

4. Top with the chicken mixture and sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese.

5. Bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden.

6. Slice into wedges and serve.
