1. Turn the oven to 425 degrees and preheat.
2. Spray nonstick cooking spray on a 12 inch pizza pan.
3. Unroll the dough onto the pan and press out to the edges.
4. Bake until light golden brown, which takes about 8 minutes.
5. Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
6. Add the chicken, chili powder, salt and garlic powder and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring.
7. Add the bell peppers and onion and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
8. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over crust.
9. Spoon the salsa over the top and sprinkle with the Monterrey Jack cheese.
10. Bake until the crust is golden brown, which takes about 15 to 17 minutes.
11. Slice, serve and enjoy.
