Chicken Pizza with Ricotta, Mushrooms, and Broccoli

 

 

Readymade pizza crust topped with sauteed chicken breast pieces, broccoli pieces, sliced mushrooms, mozzarella cheese and a mixture of ricotta cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, coarse salt, fresh ground black pepper.

Ingredients -
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter or Olive Oil
1 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized chunks
1 (8 ounce) container Ricotta Cheese
1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Coarse Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 (12-inch) Pre-Baked Pizza Crust
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup chopped Fresh Broccoli
1 (3 ounces) can Sliced Mushrooms, drained
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 325 F.

2. Add 1 tablespoon unsalted butter or olive oil to large skillet. Heat over medium heat.

3. Saute chicken until chicken is cooked through, approximately 7 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.

4. Add ricotta cheese, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, garlic powder, dried oregano, coarse salt, and fresh ground black pepper to small saucepan.

5. Heat the mixture gently over low while stirring to combine and melt cheese.

6. Spread the ricotta mixture over the pizza crust.

7. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza.

8. Arrange the cooked chicken breast pieces, chopped broccoli, and sliced mushrooms evenly over cheeses.

9. Bake 15-20 minutes to desired doneness.
