Dark Chocolate Dessert Pizza with Pecans

 

 

Graham cracker crust topped with dark chocolate candies and chopped pecans. Dessert pizza is chilled before serving.

Ingredients -
2-1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
2/3 cup Salted Butter, melted
1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
2 (9-1/2 ounces each) packages Solid Dark Chocolate Candies
1/2 cup chopped Pecans
 
Preparation:

1. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and granulated butter.

3. Press the mixture onto the pan.

4. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes at 375 degrees or until lightly browned.

5. Top with the dark chocolate candies.

6. Bake for another 2 to 3 minutes or until the candies have begun to soften.

7. With a spatula, smooth the chocolate evenly over the crust.

8. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.

9. Allow to cool for 15 minutes on a wire rack.

10. Chill for 2 hours or until set.

11. Slice and serve.
