Easy Pizza Dough

 

 

Pizza dough features active dry yeast, lukewarm water, salt, olive oil and sifted all-purpose flour.

Ingredients -

1 (0.25 ounce) envelope Regular Dry Active Yeast (1-1/2 tablespoons Loose Yeast)
1 cup Lukewarm Water
1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Oil or Melted Shortening
3 cups Sifted Flour

 
Preparation:

1. In a large bowl add the yeast and sprinkle on the water.

2. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.

3. When it begins to bubble, add the oil and salt and half of the flour and beat until smooth.

4. Add the rest of the flour and knead until no longer sticky.

5. Allow to rest for another 5 minutes.
