Four Cheese White Pizza

 

 

Fresh pizza dough rolled and topped with Asiago, provolone, and mozzarella cheese mixture. Cheeses topped with layer of sautéed spinach and garlic. Another layer of cheese mixture spread over spinach. Dollops of fresh ricotta cheese arranged on top. Pizza baked in hot oven until cheese is bubbly and golden. Individual servings sprinled with toasted pine nuts.

Ingredients -

2 tablespoons Toasted Pine Nuts
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
3/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup Shredded Asiago Cheese
1/2 cup Provolone Cheese
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 pound Pizza Dough, room temp
1 (6 ounces) bag Fresh Baby Spinach
4 Garlic Cloves, coarsely chopped

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F.

2. Spray a 14-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

3. Heat the oil and garlic in a small skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds.

4. Add the spinach to hot oil and sauté until it begins to wilt.

5. Remove the skillet from the heat.

6. Roll out the dough onto a floured surface.

7. Work the dough into a 14 inch circle.

8. Unroll the dough onto prepared pizza pan.

9. Combinethe Asiago, provolone, and mozzarella cheeses in a bowl and mix well to blend.

10. Sprinkle half of the cheese mixture onto the pizza dough.

11. Spread the spinach on top of the cheese.

12. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the spinach.

13. Dollop tablespoons of ricotta on top of the pizza.

14. Drizzle with the remaining oil.

15. Bake until nicely browned on the bottom, which takes about 15 minutes.

16. Serve scattered with toasted pine nuts.
