Fresh Goat Cheese and Prosciutto Pizza

 

 

Fully baked pizza crust topped with mozzarella cheese. Pizza is baked until mozzarella cheese has melted. Pizza removed from oven and topped with prosciutto and goat cheese. Pizza returned until prosciutto has crisped. Pizza is removed, topped with chopped fresh basil and served hot.

Ingredients -

1 ounce Goat Cheese, Coarsely Crumbled
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 (10 ounces) Fully Baked Thick Pizza Crust
2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Basil
2 ounces Thinly Sliced Prosciutto
1/3 cup Marinara Sauce

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 425 degrees and preheat.

2. Line a pizza pan with aluminum foil.

3. Lay the pizza crust on the pan.

4. Spread out the marinara sauce on the crust and sprinkle with the mozzarella.

5. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

6. Take the pizza out of the oven and top with the prosciutto and goat cheese.

7. Bake until the prosciutto is crisp then sprinkle with basil.

8. Slice and serve.
