1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Place pre-baked crust on baking sheet or pizza pan.
3. Add bell pepper slices, onion, garlic, olive oil, dried Italian herb blend, salt and red pepper flakes to medium bowl and toss to combine.
4. Spoon the vegetable mixture over pizza crust.
5. Sprinkle crumbled Feta cheese over vegetables.
6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and cheese has melted.
