Pizza Making Tips
Pizza Stones

Never place a stone in a hot oven. Pre-heat the stone at 350°–400°F for 15–30 minutes before baking your pizza. Some stones instruct you not to heat them over 350°. After baking, let the stone cool down gradually to avoid cracking.

Pizza Making Tips
Baking

Always preheat the oven. A high temperature, 400°–500°F, is best. You’ll know the pizza is cooked when the cheese has melted and beginning to be golden brown. When you lift the bottom of the crust, the bottom should be evenly browned.
