Mango with Monterey Jack on Whole Wheat Crust

 

Ready-made whole wheat Boboli pizza crust topped with pineapple mango salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, Swiss cheese, thinly sliced red and green bell pepper, and thinly sliced red onion. Baked in a hot oven until cheese has melted and crust is golden brown.

Ingredients -
1 large Whole Wheat Boboli Pizza Crust
1 cup Pineapple Mango Salsa
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
1/2 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1/2 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1/2 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

2. Place the Boboli on a baking sheet.

3. Spread 2/3 cups of the pineapple salsa over the crust.

4. Sprinkle the cheeses over the salsa.

5. Spoon the remaining salsa over the cheese.

6. Sprinkle the bell pepper and onion over the top.

7. Bake for 12 minutes or until the pizza is heated through and the cheese is melted.

8. Cool slightly.

9. Serve.
