Pizza Making Tips
Pizza Peel

This allows you to slide your pizza in and out from the stone without burning yourself. A short handle (i.e. 6”) is advised for at-home pizza cooking. Sprinkle the pizza peel with flour or cornmeal first to avoid sticking and to add more taste and texture. Build the pizza directly onto the peel to further avoid any mess.

Pizza Making Tips
Adding “extras”

nvest in a cheese and spice shaker. Then you can sprinkle red pepper flakes or grated parmesan cheese onto your pizza before enjoying it. If you bake your pizza with an olive oil base, then you can shake parmesan cheese onto the dough before cooking it.
