Pepperoni and Mushroom Tortilla Pizza

 

 

Flour tortillas topped with tomato sauce, course-grained salt, garlic powder, fresh ground black pepper, and dried oregano. Sauce topped with finely chopped bell pepper, diced onion, sliced mushrooms, chopped pepperoni, and shredded mozzarella. Tortillas pizzas baked in hot oven until cheese melted. Quartered and served.

Ingredients -

1 (8-inch) Flour Tortilla
4 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoons Finely Chopped Bell Pepper
2 tablespoons White or Yellow Onion
2 tablespoons Sliced Mushrooms
2 tablespoons Chopped Pepperoni
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Coarse-Grained Salt, to taste
Garlic Powder, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Dried Oregano, to taste

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 475 degrees and preheat.

2. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

3. Arrange the tortillas onto the baking sheet and spread with the tomato sauce.

4. Sprinkle salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder on top of the sauce.

5. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.

6. Top with mushrooms and pepperoni.

7. Bake for 10 minutes.

8. Cut into wedges and serve.
