Pizza Pesto Verde

 

 

Prepared pizza crust topped with fresh basil pesto, chopped fresh spinach leaves, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crumbled feta. Baked in hot oven until cheese has melted and crust edges are golden brown. Served hot.

Ingredients -

1 (12 or 14-inch size) Pizza Crust
1 cup Fresh Basil Pesto
1 cup Chopped Fresh Spinach Leaves
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Fresh Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

2. Spread the pesto sauce evenly on a partially baked crust.

3. Top with chopped fresh spinach leaves and shredded mozzarella cheese.

4. Top with the fresh diced tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese.

5. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the crust golden brown.
