1. Turn the oven to 350 F degrees and preheat.
2. Arrange the Portobello mushrooms on a baking sheet, bottom side up.
3. Fill them with marinara sauce and sausage and sprinkle the cheese on top.
4. Bake until the cheese melts, which takes 5 to 6 minutes.
5. Serve garnished with basil or parsley.
