Pizza Making Tips
Flour

You can substitute ½ to 1 cup of whole wheat flour or semolina flour for a different texture and taste. For gluten-free pizza, you can buy gluten-free, all-purpose flour. If you’re using whole wheat flour, sift it a couple of times first because it’s denser than white flour.
