Mushrooms

Fresh mushrooms can be found in most supermarkets in the produce section. Mushrooms are also canned, marinated or pickled, frozen and dried for use after harvesting.

Pizza Making Tips
Mushrooms

Button mushrooms, whether fresh or canned are a popular choice for pizza. Cremini or the larger portobello mushrooms are hearty and can be found in most supermarkets. Wild morels, shiitake, and oyster mushrooms are among the specialty mushrooms that are slowly finding shelving apace at your local grocer.
