Roasted Garlic Pizza

 

 

Ready-made pizza crust brushed with olive oil and topped with sautéed spinach, crumbled feta, roasted garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Pizza is baked until feta has melted and crust is golden brown.

Ingredients -
1 (13-inch) Ready-Made Pizza Crust
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
1 Bunch Fresh Spinach, wilted
6 ounces Feta Cheese, crumbled
8 Sun-Dried Tomato Pieces, sliced
1 Garlic Head, Roasted
 
Preparation:

1. Wash and dry the spinach and remove the stems.

2. Stir fry in a pan with a little oil until just wilted.

3. Peel the garlic and coat with olive oil.

4. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree preheated oven.

5. Spread olive oil on the uncooked pizza crust.

6. Top with the wilted spinach, feta, garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.

7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 500 degrees or until the cheese bubbles and the crust is golden brown.

8. Remove the pizza from the oven and allow to cool for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.
