Pizza Making Tips
Dough

If you make the dough yourself, let the dough rise in the fridge for 3–24 hours so it can develop its flavor and texture. To prepare the dough, don’t over-knead it, or it will become tough. You can also put puréed roasted garlic or freshly-chopped herbs in ready-made dough to give it extra flavor.
