Tandoori Chicken Pizza

 

 

Tomato puree and green bell pepper sautéed in olive oil. Tomato mixture is spread over pizza dough and topped with chicken breast pieces marinated in tandoori masala and lemon juice. Pizza is sprinkled with grated mozzarella cheese and baked in hot oven until cheese has melted.

Ingredients -

1 Pizza Dough Mix
1/2 cup Cubed and Cooked Chicken Breast
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
3 tablespoon Tomato Puree
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper, finely chopped
2 teaspoon Tandoori Masala
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

2. Marinate the chicken cubes in the tandoori masala and lemon juice for an hour.

3. Knead the pizza dough mix as directed on the package.

4. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet.

5. Add the tomato puree and green bell pepper pieces and cook for a couple of minutes.

6. Roll the dough into a 14-inch round pizza pan.

7. Spread the tomato puree and bell pepper on the rolled pizza.

8. Place the chicken cubes on the tomato puree.

9. Cover it with grated cheese.

10. Keep it in a preheated oven at 350 F degrees for 15-20 minutes.

11. Cut it in 6-8 pieces.

12. Serve hot.
