Tuna and White Bean Pizza

 

 

Ready-made pizza crust topped with mixture of white beans, white wine vinegar, coarse salt, fresh ground black pepper, solid pack white tuna, diced tomatoes, and roasted red bell peppers. Grated fresh parmesan sprinkled over pizza. Serve immediately.

Ingredients -

1 Boboli Prepared Pizza Crust
1 (15 ounces) can White Beans, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
Coarse Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper, to taste
1 (6 ounces) can Solid Pack White Tuna, drained
1 jar Roasted Red Pepper, drained, chopped
1 (14 ounces) can Diced Tomatoes, drained
1/4 cup Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. Bake crust until golden brown, and warmed through, about 10 minutes.

3. Mix together the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.

4. Using a fork, mash the beans but leave some texture.

5. Spread the mixture over the prepared pizza crust.

6. Top the bean mixture with flaked tuna, tomatoes and roasted red peppers.

7. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

8. Cut into wedges and serve.
