1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.
2. Slice the top part of the garlic bulb off and sprinkle with a little salt.
3. Place the garlic on a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle olive oil on top.
4. Loosely wrap the foil around the garlic and bake for 40 minutes, or until the garlic is tender.
5. Drizzle the oil from the foil packet on top of the pizza crust and spread evenly around.
6. Sprinkle the olives evenly on the crust, followed by the shredded cheese.
7. Squeeze the garlic out of the skins.
8. Spread the garlic out on the pizza.
9. Bake until the cheese is melted and the edges are browned, which takes about 30 to 35 minutes.
10. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
